Pastor Appreciation Sunday is October 15

Dear Church Family,

God has given us a pastor who works diligently for Emmaus Church and for the kingdom of God. Please join us in blessing Mike and Jeanne Dean.

The Bible instructs us in 1 Thessalonians 5:12 to “Make sure that you show your deep appreciation for those who cherish you and diligently work as ministers among you.” And, Galatians 6:6 says, “The one who receives instruction in the Word should share all good things with their instructor.”

It is our desire that God will help all of us to share some of our time, talent, treasure and good things God has given us to show our appreciation and care for our pastor and family. For those who are willing and able, we would also like to take this opportunity to bless our pastor with a special offering. Feel free to include a special note of thanks to the pastor.

We love you and are grateful that you are part of our church family. We look forward to how God is going to work in all of our lives as we continue to grow in our generosity and joy in giving.
