Father Daughter Dance

For some girls this was their first father daughter dance, for others who have attended all of them over the years, this would have been their 7th year!  It so neat to have watched these girls grow up over the years and still desire to dance with their daddies.  I know for many, they enjoy picking out a new dress for this special night.   Their faces glow with excitement at the thrill of having this night with their fathers as they enter in the school cafeteria which has been transformed into a dance hall complete with lights, balloons and a disco ball.   The music varied from some oldies, some swing, and some techno.  I hand it to those dads who are out there for almost every dance ignoring the sore feet or sore knees and just being willing to share these precious moments with their daughters.
